Agreed that its a bacteria, but disagree with you over her dirtyness... If the girl soaked in a bath & not handwashed or had a quick shower in the morning, she would not smell. The ph levels create the bacteria to multiply, by using water & anti bacterial hand & body washes, it can have good effect
