You know, it goes against common sense... and it certainly goes against the First Amendment... but there's a lot of crazy shit going on lately about judges and police alike who believe people don't have a right to videotape police. Remember that guy who was caught doing wheelies on an interstate somewhere on the east coast, and had a gun drawn on him? Well... he never got cited... but I believe he got thrown in jail for "recording an officer".
Lots of incidents like that happening lately. It's fucking nuts. Lots of cops who think they have the right to take down anyone that points a video camera at them.
They refuse to be held accountable for their actions.
