I like the juxtaposition in the photo of the female body as a sex object and the female body as a reproductive system.

As a sex object we see a topless woman in tight cotton panties as desirable "porn"... but simply introducing evidence of the female body as a reproductive system (the whole intent of the sex act in the first place), the body becomes undesirable -- almost anti-porn.

Being somone that looks at nude women all day the photo gives me something to thing about -- which may have been the photo's intent in the first place.
