Zombaio... late again?
Ok, first things first... I'm not trying to jump the gun, I just don't like when my money isn't where it's supposed to be when it's supposed to be there.
First. We bank with Wachovia. Wachovia was recently absorbed into Wells Fargo. It's slightly possible that this could be why our money isn't where it should be.
Second. It's Monday morning, and our ccbill check hit, on time, as usual, with no problem, as usual.
Third. We've had numerous other transactions go through without a hitch since the merger/take over. Zombaio is the only problem we've had since our accounts converted from Wachovia to Wells Fargo.
Fourth. We have changed no info whatsoever with any account whatsoever. Our routing and checking numbers are still the same, so I don't see why there should be an issue. We can still use our Wachovia debit cards, write and clear checks from our wachovia checkbook, process "e-checks" the same as we did before, et al. Only thing we haven't been able to do until now is get paid by Zombaio.
So I ask first: Have any other Wachovia turned Wells Fargo customers noticed any payout issues? Since the merge/changeover, the ONLY problem we've had is with Zombaio.
Secondly I'll ask... did Zombaio drop the ball again with a "corrupted swift file" for the second time in less than 6 months?
I'm really hoping this is merely a banking issue and not Z fucking up... but considering the only issue we've had since our Wachovia account was converted to Wells Fargo is with Zombaio, I find myself semi convinced that it's indeed an issue with Zomabio and not with the bank.
Discuss.
