I heard a doctor say cancer is inevitable.
Your risk accumulates every year, if the body lasted 500 years most wouldn't make it past 200yo due to cancer.
There's no reason a cure can't be found, our bodies SHOULD be able to run without spontaneous disease occuring. Telovac seems to work.
