couple points-

1. there's no research that proves an anti-cancer diet keeps the dieter cancer free.

2. nothing wrong with eating as they describe in the article but their emphasis on fat being a bad guy is misplaced. especially when they instead advocate something like canola oil. you can't tell me processed canola oil is better for you than an avocado because the canola oil does not have saturated fat? not buying that. a lot of new research is showing fat is required.

Based on any study from the transportation department thru the health department I should have been dead a long time ago. I call Bullshit to the big business of cancer research and am a firm believer of "shit happens and only the good die young"

I really feel for anyone that has cancer or is close to someone who does but don't beat yourself over the head second guessing your lifestyle or hoping for a miracle.
