He's a nasty little bully. Here's just one small example. On another board, someone pretended that they had a real issue with being overweight and he drilled them mercilessly and cruelly about this (ficticious) weight issue. It really demonstrated Markham's true colours. It was relentless and savage.
Fortunately, the guy was only fucking with Paul, and when this was revealed after a couple of weeks of Markham bullying him about it, Markham went awol.
Like most bullies, a coward at heart.
