As far as free speech goes.. anyone has it, no matter how much I or anyone doesn't like their message. But that doesn't give them the right to harass a private party at such a tragic time. Period. Normal idiots in this country will allow free speech to be taken, if that is what it takes to get rid of motherfuckers like these. Everyone in this country acts on pure emotion and NOT on logical thought. The states is just about over.
Again, free speech does NOT give you the right to outright harass private citizens at a sensitive time. These parents of fallen soldiers have the right to not be harassed. There is NEVER a right you have that infringes on the rights of another. If one of your rights violates another mans rights, it is no longer a right..

The guy said "I have a right to have a dog" when I told him his god damned barking dog kept waking me up. He didn't have a right to it, because it walked all over my right to peaceful enjoyment of my property. Nothing was ever done and he got away with it - I didn't have any good rest for a LONG time. Yes, free speech DOES give them the right to do what they like. If what they are doing is illegal it's another story but you seem to understand free speech as a thing to give to people that we like but take away from people that we hate. It doesn't work that way.
Who else do you think we should charge with treason? Anyone who is against the war? Anyone who criticizes the government? Anyone who speaks out against any law or policy? Don't be so naive as to fall into the trap of a police state all to shut some people up that you could just ignore anyways.
Luckily there IS free speech and it DOES give them the right to say those things. What people DON'T have the right to do is to go up and physically injure these people. What people DON'T have the right to do is to go out of their way to intentionally allow crimes to happen against them and look the other way. That's ILLEGAL and what they are doing is LEGAL. You DO have the right to go out in public and do whatever you want as long as it is legal. If that action makes someone upset it DOESN'T matter. Making someone upset isn't ILLEGAL it is LEGAL and therefore is allowed. You don't want to be upset? Look away. But as long as what they are doing is legal then it makes no difference who they upset, they should be protected by the law and they should be allowed to do what they do in peace.
