I guess I was not clear enough. Yes, Interstates run past LA, but I am talking about where it matters, on the open road, two lane areas. No one cares what lane you are in when everyone is doing the same speed. Unless you meant Louisiana, and in that case, I don't recall it being an issue with their drivers.
