I don't see how can you get banned 'across the board' if you create affiliate accounts with made up names and different IP's. 99% never checks the affiliate before the first payment.
Oh and why do you hit up the sponsor if the sale doesn't shows up for the first time? Just join 3 times with different CC's and if none is showing up then you can be pretty sure that there is something wrong.
