couldn't it be depleted glycogen stores? here's why i ask- 2 of my weekly workouts are fasted training, i don't eat for 16 hours before those sessions; but that doesn't cause me to have the above issue UNLESS my workout goes past a certain amount of time- after my glycogen stores are burned up.
