Quite a few actually. Here's a list of
free content and hosting sponsors, though that route depends upon your being already familiar with building webpages. If you're just starting out you may want to start off with blogging until you feel more proficient with html (most people starting out are not, so this is an assumption on my part).
Like daizzzy said, don't try to offer something for everybody but pick a niche that YOU like - something you would feel comfortable writing about every day, and go from there. See my sig for adult affiliate programs organized by niche and tools - it's relatively new but I have quite a few good programs listed there and am adding more daily.
