Girls generally are probably hotter today. Far more open to sex and sexuality than in the old days. Even during the hippy era of free love.
The difference in porn was a lot less work, so if the girls wasn't good she wasn't going to last long. Much higher bar in porn and less idiots shooting it.
I do remember the days when a porn star having a great time on set wasn't strange.
