i wouldn't be too optimistic, dont think "porn" is a registered trademark. and so far porn.xxx is nothing else than porn.mobi, porn.biz, porn.org etc. - you get the idea. and after investing a couple of millions into .xxx i doubt they hand over their property with a smile
