I did a paper on psychological profiling in school, and forcing oral sex after anal is a very common modus operandi with anger excitation or power type rapists.
Sure only a tiny proportion of men would actually force a woman to do do that, whether out of morality or fear of punishment, but its obviously not uncommon for men to want to degrade women in that fashion.
