Facebook recently sued a Montreal guy for $1 Billion Dollars, and won their case. Of course they can never collect but they still sued for that insane amount, and won.
If I were Facebookofsex.com, I would have my lawyers dotting their i's and crossing their t's... has anyone from their firm checked into possible copyright or trademark suits from Facebook?
