I don't have a "Spam Control" option on my ICQ.
It might be because I have a past version (which I was able to remove the annoying ICQ banner ads from) and if I upgrade my ICQ I don't think I can get rid of them.
I just stay invisible 99% of the time and that usually does the trick.
