Here is how I view my employees, fake nicks and posting on forums.
1. A Real Nick, like 'Robbie' for example, that is used by an owner or employee of a company, should be used for all business purposes, like: issues about program, announcements, threads about your site, updating (updates) webmaster support, ideas and business threads, in other words, all business pertaining to.....business.
With this account, you should NEVER address your thoughts on anything but the program and business directly effecting it.
2. A Fake Nick, should be used for everything else. It is too easy to get caught up in some bullshit, that's not tied into your business, that takes up time and can bring negative light to your main goal (I hope) which is making money and not clout it with bullshit. Seen it happen here over a dozen times.
