3 weeks isn't long enough to evaluate traffic to a cam site.
You have to remember that customers take time before spending money, and when it comes to cam sites, it can be especially tricky. A customer has to have many things in place before he can spend money. He has have a credit card of course, but he has to be alone, trust the site, and most of all he has to find the right girl at the right time who is online just when he is ready to play, and into whatever his fetish might be.
If I were you, I would reconsider your position and give
OnHerCam.com another chance. They have a pretty solid reputation and as you saw in an earlier post, someone from their support staff answered your post and offered some help for you.
We have found that with our own site,
LiveCamNetwork.com, that it takes an average of 17 logins before a customer will finally spend money the first time (expressed as a buyer in 135 uniques / $20.00, or ((1:135)/$20) for the month of March, 2011). It can EASILY take 3-4 weeks before a customer logs in 17 times.
It's quite possible that it's your traffic, not the cam site, that is the problem as well. Why not do this: Contact the folks at
OnHerCam.com, and ask them which models are the most reliable and login most often. Get some promo pics from them and try promoting individual models instead of the entire site. This may result in fewer clicks to them, but it should definitely increase conversions.
