Well, the smoothies have done what was suggested... with the soluble fiber keeping me
feeling full most of the day. So I simply eat less, and calories ending up way below the daily recommendation for my gender/size. I guess that's good in addition to the fruit/fiber deal.
Yeah, I think I may end up doing the frozen deal like you and SweetP recommended. Simply sounds easier, and better way to do it. Now I just need to find out some tasty smoothies. Additionally, I do not drink these all day.
One is more than enough for me.
