Yes, I'll agree with you there. Some new webmasters have a hard time skinning our software, and even some experts have a hard time for a few reasons.
To get around this, we offer free skinning for you. All you need to do is provide us with an image of what you want your site to look like in PSD format, and then we do the rest for you at no extra charge, or we can refer you to website designers who know our system and can do a good job for you.
