Trystanys, are the free members still of the same country distribution and traffic sources as before? If not sometimes that will drastically impact your free to paid ratio.

over what time period? friend finder is weird in that sometimes it takes weeks or months for people to convert from free to paid. but they still pay on it. when you're talking small samples, statistics go up and down, you have to look at longer time periods to get the true picture. if he's doing 100 paid signups a day, a week's sample should be decent to see trends. if he's doing 10 paid signups a day - a couple months should be sufficient. if he's doing one or two paid signups a day - six months is more reasonable to get a reliable sample of what's going on.
