Thanks to everyone that shared his opinion so far.
So none of you guys experienced such a drop in free to paid members. It is a 3 times drop. From 9% to 3%. Anyway, when I started this thread I was hoping that this is not an isolated case(just me). I thought that AFF suffers from temporary email delivery issues. But it seems it's not the case.
Also free members from high paying countries is at the same level around 90% with US members 46%. So my traffic is the same quality. The problem is in AFF and if I'm an isolated case I don't know what to think.
Of course I suspect 'shaving'.
But that's just me whining.
