Vixeo - they don't look like much on paper, but they make me a surprising bit of money and all I do is create niche white-labels to promote in side-bars and stuff. I can only imagine that good domain level names will do that much better.
FYI: The checks they send are in envelopes and only have your generated user id that do not indicate what the check is for to the casual observer.
I should add, though, that the sites are not too customizable other than selecting 1 of 2 layouts, which niches you want to promote, and the sites title which becomes part of your meta description. You can also upload a logo.
