Kristin - the people who feel they have gotten the request in error ( witch has been on accounts for 2 weeks or so ) may of gotten it due to them making arraignments to upload documents by X dates and our automated system does not check for personal arrangements setup between account holders and verification staff. Some people feel that their business account verification should of worked for their personal account aswell and they could feel that as being an error.
We do have people reading this thread that do have access to those accounts - the ppl having this issue will still need to open a support ticket within our system to handle their accounts. We will not handle accounts through gfy postings..
