So I was reading up on the difference between the two types of fiber, soluble and insoluble, along with the benefits to both. Most of the things on the soluble I must admit I do not care for, or do not get enough of by a long shot. One of the suggestions was to do a smoothie to try and work this into your daily diet, or lifestyle if you will. Then you can drink away you daily allotment of fruits.
Keep in mind, I am not talking about your sugar packed MceeDees smoothie

I have been doing a few different combinations between the raspberries, OJ, blueberries, strawberries, non-fat yogurt, and so forth. Most I can't say I care for, although I have never been big on most of these things to begin with. Especially with banana. I can choke them down, but I was wondering if anyone has some good combo's they can recommend for smoothie mixes that actually
taste good, yet manage to get in your fruits for the day?
