As you mention, most free tubes like Xhamster, Tube8, etc. have better free content then the majority of paysites.

The only thing in porn paying minimal or consistent is cams and that market is over saturated to the point it even makes Adult FriendFinder look like a new idea.
Yes. I'm not even sure if someone could afford to launch a site that would truly sell. The market went down so many blind alleys in search of a quick buck the demise was inevitable. If it hadn't of been BW dropping to a price that made giving away porn in massive amount, easier than selling it. It would of been something else. Dating sites will go the same way because a free non porn dating site will be more profitable than a porn related dating site. Girls will join and members on sites like AFF will soon learn they're a con. Even Cams could go to a donation/tips model.

Research your niche, find suitable videos, and have a page or a forum where questions can be answered so they know they are paying for something that will interest them. Refunds suck, dedicate yourself into one paysite at a time and when you have profitable results, and understand what a average joe is looking for, you will eventually start making it.
Define making it. Earning $50K or $100K, is nice if you're working in a proper job for $40K but note really "Making it" and how long will it last.

Paul understands the basic principals of what people like to see and what people want. That made him successful. As time goes by all he has to do is adapt to the new standards and profit off new ways if he needs to and I think he has enough grasp on adult to do so.
Yes understanding porn isn't rocket science, creating good porn needed some guidance and experience. Not rocket science.

As fr adapting. I've adapted in this business many times. Never had any intentions of becoming an affiliate and looked at opening a paysite 10 years ago and decided it wasn't the most profitable route for me then. It would of hurt the other sides of the business.
