This. For the money they keep (up to 75%!!!), they should have at least some basic support. Pretty smart move though, everybody works for them, from content production to promotion, they pay dimes and make millions. I should've thought of that before! 
Anyway, same as you, I buy from time to time (when you remind me!) but to be honest never used anything, I just buy those bulk packages on impulse and then let them sleep until I forget about them
