IMO the reason why most webmaster look like fat slobs is because they can't find a balance due to the amount of mental energy we use comparatively. By fault we use a huge amount of glucose to stimulate mental activity to do our jobs and then consume anything in hope to balance the physical or mental comedown void.
This is coming from a guy that was a heavy drinker, smoker, 75lbs overweight, totally broke and almost $300k in the hole. Six years later I only eat natural foods, don't smoke or drink, lost 72 lbs, and outright own most of my assets plus my online business income can easily ride into retirement.
What's the point of this fucking Eulogy?- Simply changing to a healthier lifestyle will cause a positive domino effect to a better life.- That's a fact.
