for the haters that spend 3 hours a day in the gym - some of us are too busy or too lazy to hit the gym. i definitely dont have time for the gym even tho i am a member of a 5-star private gym a few blocks from my house. 12 hours a day on the computer + a wife and baby + drinking time. you do the math.
atkins/low-carb is definitely not a good life choice, but it is a great crash diet. i always try to watch what i eat, but there are times - like after the holidays or after a huge development cycle - that i have to do Atkins and drop 10 lbs.
