Thats why you need to use our linkcodes
We have lots of those tools that are still not released but will be out when official launch is done, all those tools save your affiliate information ..... If you used CCBill linking code, there is no way we could do that

+ We save cookies for 1 year ( You get credit for sales for a refered surfer even up to one year he came to site, at the end, if he knew of site for you, you deserve the %, simple maths :P )
+ We give you credits for non cookie traffic
+ We have integrated all tools, like the emails one you say, to give you credit .... Thats means that when an email is saved, its saved with the affiliate link code on db, and when email with galleries are sent out to surfers, they go with your affiliate code, don't believe me? you don't need to, newsletter join is anonymous LOL, i bet anyone to join and tell me: "Hey! i received an email without my affiliate id", it won't happen, i take this things very seriously ...
+ Even bookmark button is saved with your ID, did you noticed that many sponsors don't do this? you know why? simple, Surfer bookmark, ok, lets say he keeps coming back using the saved bookmark link without aff code, eventually the cookie may be erased or its due time happened, then you don't get credit for that sale even when surfer bookmarked my site when you refered him, I ADD your affiliate code on the bookmark, so EACH TIME he enters using it, cookies gets atuomatically saved again for a year from that day he visits, so if he keeps using the bookmark, he keeps raising the cookie time for a year from that very same day
I had been an affiliate of small and big programs for since 2005 ... I had seen lots of shaving schemes, from newsletter gathering as you mention, popunders that change linking codes, this bookmark button i tell you, etc. I'm not entering that game, i want to be proud of my product and get a name of that, if i don't become Brazzers or BBO, i don't mind, i will be happy just for being recognized as an honest hard working guy who has a solid affiliate program

Pd: Any other observation about affiliates tracking sales things, PLEASE KEEP THEM COMING, i think i thought all the ones i could and i'm very paranoid about all that stuff, but i'm human and i may had missed one? :P You point me were it is, and i will fix it ....
