This just shows you how fucking ignorant people are. From your comment "change you can believe in" your making it look like this is Obama's fault, and your trying to place blame on him. Yet take a look at the date you mentioned - October 2008 - and then compare that to when Obama took office. He took in 2009, and this started in 2008.
So place blame on Bush and the Republican party, who was in office at the time.
