It saddens me that I have to go to the forums with this problem, as I have worked with Ray and strongbox for years. But at this point, I see no option.

I paid for strongbox upgrade installations back at the end of January for 8 sites, as of today they are not yet done. I tried to contact Ray and Ali again and again, via email and ICQ, but they are no longer responding. My last response from them on March 4th was:

"I'm not ignoring you....I'm sorry about this issue."

Since then, I have sent quite a few emails and have not heard anything back. I still have not had the strongbox upgrade installations either. I am now requesting that my payment be returned.

As of this point, I have to put out a VERY STRONG WARNING against doing any business with BetterCGI / StrongBox as they are MIA and have ripped me off.

I hope that this issue will be resolved quickly and I will of course post an update in this thread once it is resolved.
