Not sure why this story is being reported now when 2 months ago the Florida State Attorney's Office looked at this from a legal perspective and its been known that Solantic will not be allowed to Bid on any Government contracts and Solantic only accepts traditional Medicaid at only one location. So out of the 3.5 Million people only a small % would and could receive care at the single Solantic location, according to the Florida State Attorney's Office its not enough of a monopoly for there to be a legal issue.

On a side note, Solantic is already in the process of being sold to an out of state company so all of this would be moot once that happens.
