A solution to take a step in a more responsible direction:
1) Mandatory HIV testing.
2) Mandatory Hepatitis B & C testing
3) Mandatory Syphilis testing
4) Mandatory Herpes testing
5) Mandatory Gonorrhea testing
6) Mandatory Chlamydia testing
7) Mandatory HPV testing
THEN... talent can CHOOSE who they work with based on those results.
If I'm some new girl, 18 years old and not very bright, I will believe my agent and AIM when I'm told those are the only tests that are important. Hell, most people don't even know Hepatitis kills. But if that girl doesn't have HPV and doesn't have herpes, it should be HER CHOICE if she want's to work with people who do have them.
Then of course NO IDs or 2257 docs should EVER be transferred to 3rd parties without the personal and vital info redacted. All that is needed is her name and DOB (for IDs and model releases).
Nothing else. And while that is still too much, that is better than putting it all on the table for just anyone to take and abuse.
