It doesn't matter to me who owns it, but what is to be taken away from all of this is, this is EXACTLY one more reason to be more responsible with your 2257 docs and not pass them on to 2nd and 3rd parties. Because you never know who you're giving them to or what they will do with them.
Of course I know this is not the main way the names on that site were gathered, but I'm sure it is part of it.
This is exactly the reason I refused to give mine to Epoch when they wanted them and would not allow me to redact personal information on the IDs or releases. All it takes is ONE person and you have a *************.com.
As shitty as all of this may be, it should teach the industry a valuable lesson.
