When BVF made his "comments" post and I replied with my front covers. He revealed how narrow minded and all the others are about the porn production market. It's been an ignorance for many from day 1 and still till today.

My praises are in the 1,000s of sets we sold to magazines. For slightly more than anyone will ever earn shooting custom. I know it's a point I keep making but it's true and ignored like it happened 30 years ago. Our last sale to a magazine was this year.

But to be fair to BVF he's not alone. In 2000 I met the boss of Bang Bus, it was the year they had centre stage at the LV show with their big buss. We sat down and discussed Eva and I working for them exclusively and turning all our production over to them for a teens site. He offered us a paltry sum and when I told him what magazines paid he was astounded.

In 2004 or 5 Lensman said that a shooter was worth $500 a day. And not 5 days a week. I told him we earned more than that 7 days a week. From magazines only.

So to online sales.

Does anyone remember 2001 when we opened the store? Then very very few could afford custom, didn't even have the budget to shoot. Selling a set only 10 times at $35 was a breeze, selling it 20 times wasn't hard. Selling videos was on top of that.

All 100% profit after the programmer and hosting were paid for.

Getting porn shooter as low down on the ladder as Eva and I was beyond most sites.

Today I can retire by choice and say I will only come back for $3,000 a set. Because we earned $3,000 a set.

And those that think the most important part of our business is or ever was www.paulmarkham.com are fools. Who don't even bother to read the obvious.

Maybe they thought we were making as little as Damian does. LOL
