So I have a built in synergy of things always working. Right now my focus is on social networking traffic...and it's paying off pretty well. Viral marketing as well.

Basically most people just don't have the skills it takes to survive. I'm pretty good and my income is only a fraction of what it was just 3 years ago. A lot of people who were real good at one thing only and didn't know much about other things...they are hurt bad.
Very true. Very few have adapted to the changing world.

I'm hurt too by piracy. We ALL are. Even dumbass Fabian is going to start seeing diminishing returns. Of course whether or not he's in this for any long term remains to be seen, so maybe he don't give a shit.
Curing piracy won't bring surfers back to paysites in the numbers you need to get your income back to what it was. They will just go to Tubes.

The only "solution" right now is to have the skills and resources to "hang on". There's not a damn thing that I can do to stop piracy. So I protect my own content to the best of my ability and I use all my knowledge and experience to keep myself from drowning.
Hence my thread about porn surviving the Internet. It will, just a lot of the workers in porn won't be able to hang on. Even with all the skills.

The only hope any of us really have is that new and updated copyright laws and international treaties are passed to put an end to this stealing.
Won't make a blind bit of difference in the long run. The traffic to free is irreversible in the long run, UNLESS the advertiser on Tubes become unprofitable. I said a long time ago giving away for free what supports Tubes is the only way to stop Tubes.

Paul, with all due respect: Neither you or anybody else on GFY is good enough to tell me jack shit about entertainment. That's the bottom line.
With all due respect. Everyone is good enough, that's how we grow and learn.

I'd love to have you show me some stuff on photography and a little about picture composition. But knowing EXACTLY what our audience wants? Not in a million years. There's only two sources that are qualified to tell me anything about CM's site: My cock, and my audience.
What about the rest of the audience, it's about new customers or isn't it. Preaching to the converted is easy, it's the doubtful that need convincing.

If you really want a user/pass I'll be happy to give you one. But I'll tell you right upfront that your opinion wouldn't mean anything to me. I've already gleaned some GREAT technical info from you in this thread. But as far as storylines, shooting angles for big tits, and creativity? No way.
Then you will never learn. Sorry but listening to someone with 30 years experience isn't going to hurt.

If you're really interested...just look at the tour: http://claudia-marie.com/tour/
It has nice long trailers of every scene in the members area.
It's the inside of the site that's important. I could take any scene, even the Irish Jig and turn out a good preview. Yes I would love to see the inside of your site. And yes I do know the big tit niche. Never shot it much, because the girls were always so expensive and usually shot to death by the time I got to them.
