My food bill has probably went up by 2-3 times eating fresh and healthier. I also have to now go to the grocery store every 5-10 days. Compared to once a month when I would buy everything frozen, dinners, etc.. I used to literally have my freezer FULL with everything and microwaved more than half my food. I barely even use my freezer now.
