well, actually no. If the shit is illegal, then no, they don't have "the right". Ok, Alcohol is legal, many non-drinkers are killed by drunk drivers every year. But yet it is perfectly acceptable for someone to hit a happy hour after work. I'm sorry, but even one drink impares your thinking....
So, even if it is legal, it effects others.
