Interesting to see perspective from multiple sides of the discussion here (Dean - photographer, Shap - Site Owner, Chris - #2 man at FTV). A wise man once told me; There's 2 sides to every story, the truth lies somewhere in the middle.

Perspective has a strange way of tainting a story in the direction you want to view it. It's impossible for most people to be sympathetic to an opposing person's view. It's just not human nature.

Great commentary by Dean and Shap.

I would add one thing and think it's probably the best advice possible. Eddie and FTV obviously aren't happy with each other at this point. Rather than have any back and forth (which up to this point, FTV has been relatively silent), It would be smart for Eddie to just claim that he is a "Former FTV photographer" and if FTV takes umbrage with that, he can be a "Former FTV contributing photographer". There is no arguing that you have contributed content on that site that is your work. Just let the rest of it go. Even if people understand your side of the story, FTV is a big dog and they make a lot of people a lot of money. Hard to get people on your side completely when money is involved, regardless of how you may feel or what the story is. You could be 100% right and there will still be people that side against you just because they want to side with a more powerful player than yourself. It's just life, nothing you can do about it.

Hell, I've shot for programs and am happy to claim them on my resume even though we don't work together anymore. I even have credits in major men's magazines. It's just another notch on the belt, and you move on to the next project.

Just as an aside regarding models/sex commentary..... Models have a strange way of recalling things after the fact, depending on who they are talking to. I have had models finish out great days, only to find out later that something "disagreeable" came up when they would be talking to a person I no longer had a good relationship with. It's all about that perspective. And as far as these models go, I would be surprised to really learn about "forced sex" short of someone filing a police report. They are all adults. They all know how to say NO. If they didn't say NO and they didn't report it after the fact, then it just becomes here-say and you decide who you want to believe. As I said before, I'm sure the truth lies somewhere in the middle.
