I was in Best Buy one day and in walked a guy who owns a bunch of local car dealerships and he has a heavy rotation of TV commercials he appears in selling his cars. So as he walked around I watched as the other shoppers noticed him and pointed at him and whispered and so on. The place had the same buzzz as if an actual celebrity had walked in.

It was at that point I realized that all one has to do to be famous is to appear on TV. Reality star, news anchor or cars salesman it doesn't matter. Appear on TV and people think your special. What they actually do doesn't matter at all.
