Had the exact same issues 6 weeks ago.
Clients wanted Window media 9 codecs. Looked and looked and came to the conclusion that i will have to break down and pay the $179 for the Pro WMV coder. I have a Mac too. Got it from the same guys who make flip for Mac.
Quality and speed was there at least.
