for the $$$$$ is not the right reason but I know a few girls that had really small tits and got a small boob job to get them up to a B or C cup to improve their sef confidence. Its sad that the mind can make you think you are not attractive enough to the point where you would do this to yourself but if it makes them feel better about themselves....All the power to them.
