the reason porn is failing is that paysites fail to match the right fantasy to the surfer. each paysite is limited in scope and usually poor in marketing.
rather than wade thru hundreds of paysites, a surfer can just go to a big tube and find the right fantasy in their head, then get satisfaction. whether its free or not is irrelevant. people pay for what they want - even guys 18-30.
how much are video games? $50? these kids are conditioned to pay for software at an early age and they also pay for a lot of music. Britney Spears new album hit a sales record. i know there aren't a bunch of 40-60 years old bopping to her shit..

unless you've had to use GNATS or customize it, i would retract that statement. it is slow, confusing, and it uses smarty. you have to actually learn how to read a report (like payments) instead of it being intuitive. its a hunk of 90s era garbage. should have been rewritten more efficiently by now.
