More scary is that people now thing "checkpoints" aren't a violation of your freedom. I hate drunk drivers. Throw em in jail for a long time when they're caught. But to just randomly stop people to check them to see if maybe they might have had too much to drink, that's a large problem in my book.
Do they do checkpoints in Canada? It might be time for me to move......and talk funny.
