It seems that you know this matter very good. Yes, in Serbia most of hardware was saved and fake equipment was bombed. (although later, all that hardware was destroyed by Serbs and their government through policy of disarmament). Anyways, Gaddafi don't have s300 . If they have it NATO wouldn't even try anything. As usually, always attacking only weaker . Why they didn't do something in South Ossetia?
