Think about it, whats the chance of a F15 just falling out of the sky,,,about a million to 1 or about the same as Charlie Sheen knocking on your door in the next 10 minutes to give you a blow job, then whats the chance of a plane being taken out by a missile in the middle of an armed conflict? You dont have to be a rocket scientist to work it out. Im guessing a volley of several sams that detonated within range by close proximity..that would cause an electronic/mechanical failure. But a study of that wreckage indicates the possibility of a direct hit, look at the sweep hole, that is almost certainly a missile hit.
