Groupon has no shortage of negative sentiment among small business people. I market a product to small business people so I talk to a ton of them and most of them feel the same way. Unless the big corps keep them going I don't see the sustained high market caps these types of numbers would justify. Perhaps he is going to be the one laughing after he cashes in for much more than $6 billion but I think it won't take long before the stock goes too low for that to happen.
