Maybe from you, no idea, but I read something similar in another thread a week back linking chemo and radiation....
Chemotherapy is called chemo because it involves chemicals.
Radiotheraphy is so called because it involves radiation.
Radiotherapy (targetted) often follows chemotherapy (not targetted) to kill any remaining tumour cells not killed by the chemo.
I know because I have a very close friend finishing her last round of chemo and will then start on radio.
Don't confuse the two - radiotherapy has very little side effects as the beam is focussed on the cancer. Chemotherapy is bad dudu because it doesn't give a shit, killing any rapidly dividing cells on sight (and cancer cells rapidly divide, but so do others like skin and hair follicles).
